The estate can also be fully privatized on request.
The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed
accepted.
The swimming pool
The swimming pool is available all year round. It is heated between 25° and 27° depending on the season.
For health reasons, it cannot be heated above 28°.
Linen and housekeeping
Household linen (luxury, MPC Maison) and foutas (Geneviève Lethu),
bathrobes and slippers for the pool.
Linen is changed weekly for longer stays.
And for one-week stays, on request (at a charge).
Cleaning is included in the price and is done before and after your stay.
Weekly cleaning is included for longer stays.
Rules for your stay
30% of the price of the stay upon reservation.

Several secure payment methods are available: Credit card (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express), SEPA bank transfer (Euros only), GooglePay,
ApplePay.

Cancellation by the customer
Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival

General terms and conditions for reservations at Bastide du Laizon & Spa
The purpose of these conditions is to inform our guests of the terms and conditions of accommodation
of accommodation, reservations, cancellations, the responsibilities of the parties

Acceptance of these conditions
Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions
General Sales Conditions (GSC) for reservations at Bastide du Laizon & Spa.
The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owner
a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay.
Rates
Prices are quoted in Euros, all taxes included, excluding tourist tax.
These are the rates for bookings made directly with Bastide du Laizon & Spa, without any intermediary.
Spa without an intermediary. Rates are for the entire suite per night, respecting the maximum

Tourist tax
The visitor's tax, when due, is a local tax that the customer must pay and that

Cancellation by the customer
All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the owner.
Cancellation before the start of the stay :
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival

- No refund for cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival

If the guest does not show up on the scheduled arrival date, the present contract becomes null and void

Cancellation by the owner
If the owner cancels before the beginning of the stay, he must inform the guest by e-mail
by e-mail, who will be immediately reimbursed for any sums paid.
The owner also reserves the right to terminate the holiday early
for serious reasons, such as theft, damage, inappropriate behavior or behavior
with the nature of the premises, etc. In this case, the full amount of the stay remains due, without this payment precluding any legal proceedings.
Arrival
Guests must arrive on the specified day between 4pm and 6pm. In the event of late or delayed
the guest must notify the owner.
Capacity
The present contract is established for a precise number of persons, according to the suite. At
the number of people accepted as stated in the contract is exceeded, the
exceeded, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional guests. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract on the owner's initiative, so that no reimbursement can be envisaged.
The contract
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking B&B stays

Swimming pool and safety
The owner accepts no responsibility for any accidents that occur in the swimming pool

1.50m are not allowed to enter alone.
Nb: safety instructions for use of the pool: no diving, no heckling around the pool, no running around the pool, no use of glass around the pool, etc
Pets
Pets and other animals are not allowed. Their presence
will result in the immediate termination of the present contract, without this being
be considered as a modification or breach of contract on the owner's initiative, so that in the event of the guest's departure, no reimbursement can be considered.
Disputes
Any complaint relating to the state of the property must be submitted to the owner within three days of the start of the stay. Any other complaint relating to a stay must be made in writing as soon as possible. An amicable
amicable settlement will be proposed. In the event of persistent disagreement and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be subject to French law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the location of the rental, in this case the courts

Use and respect of the premises

Meals are not permitted in the suites.
On departure, the guest undertakes to leave the suite in good condition.
The guest agrees not to smoke in the suite, but only outside.
Under no circumstances may the rental be used by third parties.
The owner will provide the suite in accordance with the description given and will maintain it in a serviceable condition.
The broadcasting of music likely to cause a noise nuisance to the surrounding
is forbidden, as is noise in the garden after 10 pm.
Personal belongings
La Bastide du Laizon & Spa accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage
guests' personal belongings.
We recommend that you check that the garden gate is properly closed when entering or leaving the property.
If you forget your belongings in the house at the end of your stay, they can be sent to the person concerned, at their request and expense.
